1. Who this agreement is with

TapNVisit is operated by NVTEQ [REGISTERED ENTITY NAME AND ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED]. These Terms govern your use of the TapNVisit website and digital vCard platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What the Service is

TapNVisit lets you build and share a digital business card (a "vCard") from a set of templates, and add content to it such as services, products, a gallery, testimonials, appointments, and contact links. Some features are available on the free tier of your plan; others are add-ons purchased separately.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and your vCard.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter a binding agreement, or have a parent/guardian's consent.

4. Plans, billing, and payment

Paid plans (currently Basic, Professional, Business, and Enterprise) are billed on an annual cycle through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. Add-on features are billed separately at the price shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may change with notice before your next renewal.

We do not store your card or payment details — Razorpay handles and secures all payment information directly.

You agree not to use the Service to impersonate someone else without authorization, upload malicious files, attempt to access another user's account or data, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify features with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data if your account is closed.
